Ahora es el turno de los Oscars, en esta temporada de premiaciones. Es por eso que el pasado jueves se dieron a conocer a los nominados para la edición XX, y con las cuales se premiara a lo mejor del cine del 2008. Así es que el próximo 22 de febrero el televisor esta lleno de actores, actrices, directores, guionistas, técnicos, todos ajuareados con sus mejores ropas y sobre todo con la ilusión (aunque todos digan que el hecho de estar nominados ya es un honor) de hacerse acreedores a tan prestigiado premio.
Lo malo de esto, como cada año, es que en México no estrenan a tiempo todas las películas nominadas, así que me es un poco difícil dar un pronóstico de los posibles ganadores. Pero basándome en criticas y comentarios, creo que una de las más galardonadas será The curious case of Benjamin Button, aun que en mejor película creo que la ganadora será Slumdog millionaire.
En la categoría de mejor actriz, no creo, debe de ganar Kate Winslet, puesto que con esta sería su sexta nominación, ya se lo deben, no? En la categoria de mejor actor de reparto o secundario, creo que es obvio que el ganador será el Heath Ledger, por esa actuación excepcional del Guasón que nos dejó antes de fallecer.
De lo que si estoy seguro, es que Wall-E será la ganadora en la categoría de mejor película animada. Por el momento creo que son las únicas predicciones que puedo hacer. Así que mejor les dejo la lista completa de las nominaciones y ustedes hagan sus predicciones.
